Located just steps away from Central Park and the most famous restaurants and museums in New York, you will find a private residential project entitled 737 Park Avenue. The newly restored building has a fitness center, a children’s room, a garden for outdoor recreation and laundry, as well as a concierge. 60 architects presented their ideas for more spacious apartments for sale, and this project is one of the examples.
Handel Architects worked jointly with Poliform and Varenna, to provide the best and stylish designer furniture items. Marble and wood were used in abundance, providing lovely finishes. Bright colors offer an interesting contrast with the white walls, while also giving away a cozy feel. The living room and dining area were envisioned in an open plan, while the kitchen can be “isolated” at wish, through a sliding door. Practical approaches can be observed when it comes to storage spaces also, all cleverly hidden away from sight.
