MU Architecture Studio were commissioned to expand the living space of a private residence located on the second floor of a brick building, the architects came up with the idea to build an extra level. The crib was thus converted into a duplex, by linking the new floor through elegant stairs in glass and wood.

The ground level accommodates the living room , kitchen , dining room and guest bedroom, while the new addition hosts a master bedroom , bathroom and recreation room. Two generously-sized rooftop terraces add up to the recently built apartment, offering a generous area for outdoor relaxation. The jacuzzi is probably the most appealing feature of the newly built terraces, especially installed to gaze at the stars at night.
